How to Start a New Form

Click on the "Start a New Form" button on the homepage under "Quick Actions." Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the form.

How to Resume a Saved Form

Click on "Resume a Saved Form" under "Quick Actions" on the homepage. Select the form you wish to continue editing from the list of recent forms.
